    1 / Shipping and Processing

    We look forward to shipping your order!

    All items are made to order and/or handmade, which means a little extra love and time goes into each piece. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders ship sooner, typically within 5–7 business days, but during busy periods, the full timeframe may be needed.

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    2 / No-Refund/Exchange Policy

    All sales are final. Because our items are made to order and handcrafted, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

    If there is an issue with your order due to damage or error on our part, please contact us within the proper timeframe (3 calendar days) so we can make it right.

    Size Exchanges


    We offer size exchanges only on eligible garments.

    • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping for size exchanges

    • Exchanges are subject to item availability

    Once the original item is received and approved, the replacement will be processed according to our standard production timeline.

    Damage or Order Errors (Our Responsibility)
    If your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, we’ve got you.

    • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

    • Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number

    • We will cover the cost of the replacement and shipping

     

    Eligible replacements will be remade or reshipped at no additional cost to you.

    3 / Care Instructions

    To keep your items looking their best:

    • Handmade accessories: Hand wash only

    • Garments: Wash inside out and avoid fabric softener when possible

    Following these care guidelines helps preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces.
