THE BOUNDLESS BOOKSTORE

The Boundless Bookstore gives independent authors the opportunity to have their books featured and sold at the BGWR Summit without purchasing a vendor table. Authors register, select a placement option, and ship approved inventory by the deadline. Our team manages the display, sales, and post-event inventory, with authors receiving 80% of each sale.

THE BLACK MAKERS MARKET

The Black Makers Market is a curated, immersive happy hour to welcome guests to the 2027 Summit. It is a marketplace of Black makers, creatives, vendors, and artists who want to showcase their work with an engaged audience.

Our vendor spaces are officially sold out, but we invite all visual and hand artisan artists to apply.

​

This marketplace will take place from 3-7pm on the Friday of the summit.

We’re excited to learn more about you, your work, and how you’d like to show up with BGWR. This process helps us curate a dynamic, engaging, and well-balanced author lineup for our community.

Registration does not require approval, but space is limited and confirmed only after payment is received. Please have your business details, product information, and photos ready.


Marketplace: Our vendor spaces have officially sold out. However, we are still holding space for visual artists or those with hand-crafetd, interactive art for this showcase. Our team will review each submission to create a diverse, thoughtfully curated vendor experience. Selected makers will receive registration, payment, and event details by email. Space is limited, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  • I acknowledge that all registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Selected authors and vendors will receive additional registration and participation details.

  • Authors and vendors are responsible for travel and lodging accommodations

  • BGWR is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or property.

  • I agree to promote early and often on social media once approved.

  • I understand this is a Friday-only marketplace and space is limited and secured only after payment.

  • I will sell only the products described in this registration.

  • I am responsible for my inventory, payments, permits, and sales tax.

  • I agree to setup and breakdown requirements.

  • I grant BGWR permission to use submitted photos for event promotion.

  • I agree to the vendor terms and code of conduct.
