Hey Girl. You Ready?

Black Girls Who Read is more than a book club. It is a growing, values-driven community rooted in literacy, connection, and collective impact. Our Chapter Leaders play a vital role in bringing that mission to life at the local level.

As a Chapter Leader, you will help cultivate safe, intentional spaces for Black women to gather, read, connect, and serve their communities while upholding the standards and vision of Black Girls Who Read. This role is designed for women who are organized, collaborative, community-minded, and committed to leading with integrity.

This application is the first step in joining our leadership team. We are seeking individuals who are aligned with our mission, prepared to uphold community standards, and excited to actively support and advance BGWR initiatives.

Please complete the application thoughtfully. All submissions are reviewed with care, and selected applicants will be contacted regarding next steps.
